After spending a couple of hours at the top of the Mountains we needed to grab a bite to eat and warm up. Where did we stop? Zogs.
Zogs is quick, easy and relatively inexpensive. I've eaten here many times before. Usually after midnight, and after a few beers. I think this might have been the first time I've eaten here sober. Sshhh. It's right at the base of Whistler Mountain so it was convenient. We slit a poutine - french fries, cheese curds and gravy. Sound gross, looks bad, tastes good.
And finished off with Beavertails. A Beavertail is a heart attack waiting to happen. Fried dough, sugar and various sweet toppings. Rose had something chocolatey and I think mine was lemony. They were good, and induced a sugar high sufficient to last a few hours.
