Do you ever pass a local restaurant, store, attraction and say, "we should go there." Hubby and I do. A lot. We've finally stopped saying it.
Recently we ate at Habaneros, a Mexican restaurant. From the outside it doesn't look like much. In fact it reminds me of many, many places I ate at in Mexico.
Inside is definately not a fancy restaurant, it is however welcoming, clean, bright and comfortable. And the staff are very friendly, and helpful.
The menu is not huge, but there's more than enough choices.
And the food was delicious. Authentic and tasty. I had chargrilled chicken taquitos with spicy sour cream and guacamole.
Everyone else had the world's largest burritos. Seriously. They were huge.
And we all had empanadas to end on a sweet note.
4****. We'll be back. If you come to visit us, we'll probably take you there.
