The 2nd cake - raspberry dacquoise

I saw this recipe on Chocolate and Zucchini.  I emailed it to my mother in law, cause she's more likely to make it than I am.

And I was right.  She made it for my welcome to Canada party.  It was awesome.  Absolutely delicious. You should try it.  Thanks Barb.
