I have a friend who says she doesn't like cake mix cakes, only cakes made from scratch. If only she knew that most of the cakes I make are made from mixes. I am working my way through the Cake Mix Doctor.
I made the Holy Cow Cake for absolutely no reason, other than I felt like baking.
This is very rich. What do you expect the recipe calls for devil's food cake mix, caramel topping, sweetened condensed milk, 4 bubtterfinger bars, whipped topping and cream cheese? But it's so good. Next time I'll have to make sure we are having friends to visit. A whole pan of this is not good for our waist lines.
It does look yummy. Oh my.

Oh my goodness that cake looks good!!! I'm finally getting all caught up blog reading...sorry I've been away from yours for so long:( It looks like you have been busy and congrats on the new Canadian citizenship!
